When you receive your fresh debit card, you will find enclosed instructions to assist you in its activation. To activate the card and establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN), simply dial the contact number provided on the card’s label. It is crucial that you do not share your PIN with anyone else. Your PIN serves as a unique identifier when utilizing your debit card for both point of sale purchases and ATM cash withdrawals.

Please call 1-800-472-3272 to report your card lost or stolen.

You can utilize our mobile banking app to enable or disable your debit card and safeguard it against unauthorized usage. Just access the ACT 1st FCU Mobile app on your mobile device and choose the Remote Control Cards option from the menu. Activate or deactivate this functionality whenever you are traveling or if you happen to misplace your card temporarily. Click here for a tutorial.

Active: When your card is in “active” mode, it’s ready to use!

Disabled: Places a temporary block on your card. Transactions will be denied until you reactivate your card. You may reactivate your card at any time in the mobile app. Please contact the credit union if you need a replacement card.
