You can use your debit card at any place that shows the MASTERCARD logo, and the funds will be subtracted from your checking account!

How to Activate Your Card

When you receive your fresh debit card, you will find enclosed instructions to assist you in its activation. To activate the card and establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN), simply dial the contact number provided on the card’s label. It is crucial that you do not share your PIN with anyone else. Your PIN serves as a unique identifier when utilizing your debit card for both point of sale purchases and ATM cash withdrawals.

Report Your Card Lost or Stolen

Please call 1-800-472-3272 to report your card lost or stolen.

Get Connected to Rewards

Earn rewards using your card. Enroll in the UChoose Rewards® program and earn 1 point for every $2 spent when you sign for your purchases. Redeem your points online for merchandise, gift cards and travel! For more information on rewards visit our FAQ page.

Remote Control

You can utilize our mobile banking app to enable or disable your debit card and safeguard it against unauthorized usage. Just access the ACT 1st FCU Mobile app on your mobile device and choose the Remote Control Cards option from the menu. Activate or deactivate this functionality whenever you are traveling or if you happen to misplace your card temporarily.

Active: When your card is in “active” mode, it’s ready to use!

Disabled: Places a temporary block on your card. Transactions will be denied until you reactivate your card. You may reactivate your card at any time in the mobile app. Please contact the credit union if you need a replacement card.

Access ATMS

Use our mobile app to swiftly locate an ATM in close proximity to your current location. You can also visit our ATM guide, which offers convenient links to our extensive ATM network.

Digital Wallet

Our ACT 1st FCU Mastercard Debit Card can be added to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Visit our Mobile Wallet guide for tips.
